Every forum I moderated had a moderator's forum so we could discuss day-today business without involving the general membership. It wasn't generally used to "talk crap" about other members...well, except for you, here.

^FTW...I am a moderator/admin for a few different message boards and they all have moderator/admin forums not open to the general public...there needs to be that buffer to keep a message board running effectively...and unless you are causing trouble this should not be a concern...then again chances are if you are causing trouble you won't be around long enough to worry about it either

There is a moderator forum but unfortunately they are using ProVoice so it cannot be monitored.
