Heard chatter on TG: 55328 on AC33; It was a conversation about whether to ticket cars around the public library in downtown SLC. So I imagine it is Salt Lake City Parking Enforcement. It was mostly a "personal" conversation, so it was not a "dispatch" channel, more likely a "tac" channel...
