colorado springs military

Hi all, Just found some radios in my motorpool that were going to be tossed out, so i took a few. They are in a weird freq range that i am having trouble find good freqs for. They recieve from 136.00-160.00 MHz. I live in the colorado springs area, so if anyone knows of any good freqs please let...
