help with ft7100

I had the misfortune of accidentaly clearing my entire memory, trying to reprogram using the manual is very difficult. I've been trying for a week without much success. Does anyone have any suggestions. BTY I ordered the ADMSg5 software to do it on the computer. BUt is is on backorder. Help!!
