icom ic-v82 problem

I hope I am posting this in the correct forum? I have the ICOM IC-V8 Handheld and I bought it pre-programmed from a fellow Volunteer FF. Now that we are switching to NarrowBand, I need to hopefully find someone that can help me to switch it from Wide to Narrow Band. I did pull the manual...

Anyone have the same problem or perhaps can help me resolve the problem which i am experiencing with both of my icom ic-v82 digital hand helds. Shortly after i programme these sets using the correct cs-v82 software via my pc all programming erazes not long afterward when i swith the radio`s back...
