I'm having issues connecting to a radio. The model number is L99DX+339L My setup is: Computer-->IBM to RIB Cable-->RIB-->RIB to Spectra Cable-->Radio Computer has vista, using the most current software, radio is powered, RIB is powered, but i'm unable to read the radio. I had no issues...
