This evening, I've been receiving NXDN traffic on 453.175. The only license near me using that frequency is Manchester Fire Department. I've been unable to confirm that it IS Manchester FD for sure, but I have determined it's using a RAN of 3. Anyone else in range noticing this? Will update...
