space weather

I am getting absolutely zilcho above 9 MHz. not even WWV. only static. this is extremely unusual. I checked a station from kiwisdr.com and stations were appearing but greatly reduced in strength. the space weather at swpc.noaa.gov says however, R, S, and G are all 'none' at the moment. could...
