I am selling these Icom IC-R3 scanners @ 250 each OBO you can hear audio and see video on them since the upgrade to digital u can no longer view on air television unless you hook up digital receiver however can be used for FPV drones that operate in the 2.4ghz band and below these are unblocked...

I am doing a project to use BCT 15X to make bug detector with the function of Close call. I am trying to unblock the frequency bands (512-759, 824-849, 869-893, 960-1239 MHz) of BCT 15X. but could not find the way of unblocking the factory block frequency bads. Is there any one who have the idea?

New to the ICOM thread, and hope this is a simple question, but is there a way to determine what version (US vs. Non or blocked vs. unblocked) the R5 would be. Unfortunately I don't have the radio in hand, so I would need to instruct someone else as to how to figure out what version it would...
