updating home patrol

I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On 2-11 of this month, the Tulsa Police Department, which is a trunked system under OKWIN, has changed from analog to digital. Moreover, the respective TG'S have changed. I thought that the 2/17 Sentinel update would correct this but it hasn't... Problem...
