Yep, I'm red-green color blind. I actually asked my optometrist once & was told I was 'color stupid', not color blind. In other words I just had trouble with certain colors. This test seems to prove it. LOL

That's why red is always on top and green is always on the bottom - no R/G colorblindness confusion.

I passed the tests, I'm happy to say. I could pass this test with my eyes closed! BA DUMP BUMP! You know, I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous! BA DUMP BUMP!

I'll be here all week...you're all beautiful people...let's do lunch!

Somebody stop me...

Uh, not necessarily.
Take a trip to some parts of the midwest.
Many are mounted - horizontally.
How stupid can they get!

I think red was on the left.
But how would you know that if you were a color blind driver visiting that area?

The second sentence answers the question in the fourth.

(Sorry - just watched the Socialist-fest - I mean President's speech - on TV, and had a brief aversion to anything from the middle of the country.)

Not color blind, but that's a cool test.

I had to take a similar test for my pilots license years ago.

Hey, that reminds me, I took that test to, AND passed? What's that all about? Does a person get more color blind as he/she ages???

Why the "where's Waldo test? I've always thought this was a stupid way to find out how "color blind" one might be. Why don't they just put two dots side by side, one green, one red. Now, which is which? Simple!

The contrast between light and dark isn't testing for color blindness. It's testing how well you could shot Vietcong in the jungle!

EDIT! Never mind.

I can remember taking those tests with the flash cards in Elementary School.

It's been a while, but I can still see all the numbers.

The last test doesn't explain what it means when you see the 2 and the 5 overlapping.

Now that's interesting! Never had to take a color blind test. I think most would say the same thing. Yet, how many people are color blind and drive? Granted is there really a difference between a color blind person and and 80 year old driver ? !

Nope...not color blind.

For those who are Red/Green color blind, if they never take a test and no one ever tells them, are they really color blind? Ignorance is bliss!

When I took the color perception test for an employment application with the phone company I discovered I'm partially color blind, I have some trouble with shades of pink and violet. The tester was about to fail me when I asked for a hank of cable and correctly identified each pair by color and number, I passed. Years later I encountered an engineer with the same problem but worse, he never got the resistor values right and had to read them on a meter. The funny part was this lady fond of pink sweaters, he called her purple people eater after the song by Sheb Wooley. Purple people?

For you Polter;

One pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small
And the ones that mother gives you, don't do anything at all
Go ask Alice, when she's ten feet tall

And if you go chasing rabbits, and you know you're going to fall
Tell 'em a hookah smoking caterpillar has given you the call
Call Alice, when she was just small

When men on the chessboard get up and tell you where to go
And you've just had some kind of mushroom, and your mind is moving low
Go ask Alice, I think she'll know

When logic and proportion have fallen sloppy dead
And the white knight is talking backwards
And the Red Queen's "off with her head"
Remember, what the door mouse said
Feed your head
Feed your head

Now do we have any... Volunteers? Oh, that's another album, never mind.
