Santa Claus BOLO

Every year many police departments send a tongue in cheek Be On the Look Out (BOLO) for Santa Claus and his sleigh. I usually spend a little bit of time looking around the INTERNET for recordings of these transmissions as I find them entertaining.

Lindsay, I was wondering if an area in Radio Reference could be created so enthusiasts could post these audio files. I understand it would take a fair amount of server room – so the file storage could be temporary and expire after a month or so. Just a thought.

Great idea. I remember growing up in a small town where the local pd would do this every year.

Not a bad idea; however, Lindsay would be more likely to see this if it was in the Administration and Help forum.
