Default TVRS Upoad from RR

I tried to import the TVRS system using trunking import from RR tonight and got a warning that the PSR-500 does not support this format. Interssting note as I am using PRO-197.

Thinking it might be an operator error I wen to a simlar system, Franklin City and it downloaded fine.
As I looked at the config on the TVRS under Flavor in shows <invalid> where Franklin City shows Standard. I also looked at Washington Co TRS as it is also P25 9600 and under Flavor it show Standard. Is this a RR entry error or a problem with me and/or Win 500?
Thanks for your thoughts.

This seems to be a problem with the software program that you are using. I just downloaded it with PSREdit 500, and everything went just fine. There seems to be an software bug with Win500 and Phase-II P25 trunking systems. You might want to contact their technical support for further advice.

Thanks for the feedback. That helps isolate the problem. Will shoot WIN 500 support an email. If applicable will post reply here.

Default Operator Issues

Turns out this one is on me. Mistakenly thought I had latest version of Win 500 but did not. Installed 2.06 and issue resolved.
Thanks to Ron for helping clarify and to Mr. Starr for a quick response.
Now let me wipe the egg off my face.........
