I haven't heard the Electric Power Board in at least a year.

There's an occasional buzzing on 451.050.

It sounds like this right?: MOTOTRBO Digital Sound Sample - YouTube
I see the emissions on their license shows it as 7K60FXE

Pretty much, but it happens about every 60 seconds and lasts 3 seconds.
