Yes, they went full time encryption on the last programming change about a month ago.

Just for accuracy... Has ALL LE in Putnam gone E or just CPD? Now that we have a setting for proper display of conventional E???

could monitor the input frequency 153.875 with attenuation on, would at least tell you if something is happening nearby

CPD is now full time encryption. Other agencies will remain in the clear. PCSO will be reprogramming in the next few weeks and will start to encrypt in-progress calls only after completion. PCSO routine calls will remain in the clear.

Okay so partial encryption on dispatch TG? Or will they move sensitive comms to an TAC TG that is going to be E?

There will be partial encryption on the dispatch TG. There will be a second Trbo site connect system going in for tactical comms. Tac1 (Slot1) will be in the clear and Tac2 (Slot2) will be full time encryption. I'll post all the color codes and freqs when the programming is done. We're still doing RSSI surveys so stuff may change before then.
