There's a more complete list over on Bearcat1, which includes the codes used by Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.

I have an updated 10 code for my area with several differences I am noticing. I will try to make a general list that resembles a majority, but it seems departments are modifying their own codes.

I'm by no means an experienced scannist, but I've never heard a department that used a standard APCO codes list. Seems most dept's I've heard used their own.

That's is why the trend is moving back to plain language, especially with mutual aid responses. You may not know what EMS code 10 means but we all understand gunshot victim.

(I shortened the quote to conserve space)

The 10 codes above align almost exactly with the list I have for Murfreesboro and Rutherford County. The singles numbers do not.
