Thanks. I am happy to here that you got your radio back. Pro96com is showing 769.20625 for the cc for the NB site. I am not hearing it from my location. It must still be down.

I heard eairler this week again some LCRA techs and what I think was an NBFD officer talking on a test TG and saying that LCRA got some of the new radios to stay on the Live Oak tower so they could talk on them without it scanning to other towers. They must be overhauling the whole tower or something, NB tower has been down awhile.

Thanks guys... I'm glad I have my scanner back also. I'll keep bringing the radio into the office to listen out for testing when they get the site back up.

I don't know what happen. The last time I heard the New Braunfels site was on Dec 19. I was running pro96com on the New Braunfels and Kingsbury sites . Pro96com is still showing the New Braunfels site as a neighboring site for the Live Oak site.

I think even the LCRA techs are suprised at how well the coverage is from the Live Oak site..When they were testing the Cibolo radios awhile back they seemed suprised that the Live Oak site took over when they hit the Schertz city limits heading south. I can get Live Oak full signal on a stock antenna inside a car all the way out at 281 and Stone Oak. Maybe they are relocating the NB site.

Could be. It is still showing up in my pro96com tower log for the Live Oak site. I will let you know if that changes.

Well, I get the Live Oak P25 site here in my office in central New B very good. Decoding in the high 80s to mid 90s percent range. Voice is coming in crystal clear. If a consumer scanner can handle that, I bet their commercial radios would have no problem doing the same from New Braunfels to the Live Oak site.

We've been saying since this systems first implementation stages how well the signal was reaching out, and this site is doing it also.

We'll see what happens with the New Braunfels site, still down as of this morning.

It is still showing up in my log for the Live Oak site. The cc is 769.20625. I wonder if they moved the tower. Site 120 or what I am calling Comal County cc is still 770.18125.

I just heard someone talking about water on the Live Oak site. The tg is 12065. I am guessing that it is Selma's water department.

Two police officers directing traffic on tg 12113 on the Live Oak site. I think it is Cibolo. No unit numbers are being used. I haven't heard them call the channel anything yet. Cibolo is working an MVA on Fm 1103.

12080- "Truck 1, how do you copy this radio."

Very brief snippet of voice, maybe UC Fire?

I might have some time today to root through this thread and compile everything into the database. It'll take some time but I know some stuff is missing.

Don, for your "Comal" site, I plugged in the CC you said was active and cannot get it from my office (like I can the Live Oak site). When I get out and about today I'll try to listen for it.

You guys have done great deciphering the new talkgroups coming from the Live Oak area, thank y'all.

Also, submissions to this TRS aren't posting in my queue, so I might not see the submissions from this system as quickly as others, I have to go manually check this system, rather than getting updates to my DBA queue. We're working to resolve this.

It is a UC tg. It could be a fire tg. I have not heard anyone using that tg. It has been showing up in my log for awile.

When they say "Truck 1" I know it is a Fire Dept.

In general when I see a trunking system pop up the fire talkgroups are usually allocated in a predictable order of:

All-Call
Dispatch
Tac 1
Tac 2
etc.

I'd bet that 12080 is a Universal City Fire All-Call talkgroup.

I think it could be UC Fire 1.
