Default 150.435-harris county ema

i recently got a list of skywarn freq's used thruout texas and for harris county they list houston ema at 150.435.
doing a search here it lists that as harris county ema emwin at 1200 baud.
can anyone shed some light on this frequency and what it is for.

that frequency is in deed EMWIN data houston.emwin.org this will have more info for you
