Default Webb County SO

Looks like the new Webb County SO digital p25 trunking signal is now up. I have full signal on my pro 106 a couple of days ago i had no signal. Anyone one when the switch will happen and if its going to be encrypted?

Can you give us some more information? Frequency/Site/SysID?

Is this not a site on the Laredo Public Safety P25 TRS?

If you could give us a screenshot of the control channel info or a screenshot of Unitrunker/Pro96Com we'd be able to figure this stuff out. Thanks.

I've already programmed my Motorola XTS2500 for the trunking however I have not heard anything on it yet. Don't know if it's encrypted or not. I sent out the frequencies already in another thread.

The license for this system, WQDN876, shows two control points (one at Webb Cty SO and one at Webb Cty Road and Bridge Dept.).

The control station will input on 153.7625, 153.980, 154.725 and 155.1525.

The transmitter will broadcast on 155.730, 155.8275, 155.910 and 159.030.

I find it interesting they only have one transmitter site, it's south of Laredo in La Presa (27 23 56.7 N, 99 26 02.3 W). This is probably why you're receiving it so well troubadour- it's practically in Laredo.
