Default Dallas PD Video 1
Ive been monitoring DPD for a while and yesterday I heard a unit called Video 1 running plates, does anyone know who this is or what they do? Also does anyone have a break down of the Spec units? what call signs mean what? thanks

Video 1 are the people sitting in a monitoring room watching all the DPD video cameras mounted in and around the down town area.
