For the most part, ETMC is on the TxWARN P25 system. Their old analog system has been mostly decommissioned, and the sites that were not replaced were converted to TxWARN P25 sites when they were rebanded. ETMC had been using the analog site in Waxahachie, but I have not been monitoring that system since Waxahachie quit using it.
