Default (GATRRS) Webb County?

Is anyone having issues trying to get this system working in the Webb County area? I've tried using this on both my HP1 and 996XT with no luck.

I hear nothing on the 996XT and for whatever reason it will not even show up on the HP1 even know it's been downloaded and added in my favorites.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Since no one has responded, I'll jump in to help you troubleshoot.

It looks like there have been some recent changes to this site in our DB, just to cover all bases, are the 4 frequencies for this site correctly programmed (or imported) in to your scanner(s)?

Try looking for new talkgroups, they might have changed the lineup.

Make sure if your scanners are capable, they're not stuck on "control channel only" trunking, since the control channel can easily switch to an alternate CC.

Are you able to receive any other VHF P25 control channels from the neighboring GATRRS sites (assuming you could in the past), or when you travel to them, can you receive them?

If this doesn't help, let us know and we'll go from there.
