Default Oncor LCN changes

Today I was running Unitrunker on the Jacksboro site and the Peers tab shows the control channels at the Newport and Windthorst sites now have LCNs that don't match what is in the database.

I don't know if this is a major system change or if it is because the CCs rotated at those two sites and the databse has always been wrong.

That's common for EDACS systems in the database. Once the initial LCN line up is posted, no one notices alternate control channels. Occasionally I will notice and submit.
