Missing some traffic from the Tamina Tower in The Woodlands TX

It seems lately the Tamina tower in The Woodlands TX has gone through rebanding. I listen to my scanner, while comparing what I hear to the live audio feed here on RR from that tower. I'm listening to the Precinct 4 Constables, and many conversations are broken. Sometimes I hear broadcasts on my scanner the live feed doesn't play, and sometimes I hear broadcasts the live feed plays that I don't hear.

I've attached a snapshot of my Win97 settings for my Radio Shack Pro-164 scanner. All the Tamina control channels are highlighted in blue.

Anyone see anything incorrect here? I recently checked all the Delay settings for each channel hoping that might solve it, but nothing has changed.

Disregard. I figured it out. I selected the multi-table "800 mhz rebanding" option on each bank, and now all traffic is coming in great with no static and no breakups.
