GRE-800, Cooke County

We've had the GRE PSR 800 for a couple of weeks now and have come to the conclusion we have more radio than we know how to use. Pre-purchase research pointed at this radio as a very good fit for Cooke County, which is now all digital. But we just cannot program the scanlists. At all. We know it's us and not the device, but we are still lost.

Does anyone in the area have the same radio? We sure could use some input. Otherwise, it's going back to where we bought it.
