Default fire tone-out info for Bexar County 396T users...

ha. bet you thought i was posting it here. not quite.

i am trying to organize the information through some of my resources, avoiding decoding the damned things with software.

we have quite a few VFD's in Bexar County, and any help would be appreciated.

my only lead so far is that Windcrest uses 67Hz/67Hz, unknown tone length.

i should have more soon. a LOT more.

not exactly... you should find that there are a lot of common tone freqs with Bexar County...

Windcrest Fire uses 643

common tones are 643, 701, 765, 832, 1082, 1153, 1180, 1433, 1465, 2100, 2200 and 2400

If you use a program like cool edit and change the combinations of the above, you are bound to hear some familiar combinations.

I *think* China Grove fire is 1180 and 643, but am not sure

Shavano Park is dispatched by Alamo Heights. When fire alarm moved to the new BCSO comm center, Shavano Park FD stayed with where their PD was dispatched out of. I do not
know what their new primary channel is for fire dispatch, or if they are dispatched on Alamo Heights Fire primary.

I also just learned that Alamo Heights no longer dispatches for Shavano Park... its now being done by Castle Hills.

Hollywood Park is contemplating going to Bexar County for their dispatch services as well.

Camelot is ...Tone A 701 B 2100 Fire
If they are still doing their EMS it is Tone A B 1321.2

I was with Camelot from 1993-2001
But they may have changed and not use the EMS tone now
