clarksville,tx. in red rever county. clarksville pd freq. 155.700 is now p25 it is digital nothing but static sound .does anybody now how to fix uniden home patrol i got it on the right freq 155.700 nothing but static

I'm not sure about changing the settings on the home patrol as I do not have one, but Clarksville PD is digital with a 113 NAC code (update submitted to the data base). Maybe someone with a home patrol will jump in and help you further.

Is it static or does it sound like Digital Garble?

Not sure how to do it, but is Home Patrol receiving in P25, Narrow FM, No PL turned on? Might try setting the scanner receive mode to All and see if that clears it up.

The DB was updated with the primary PD and FD dispatch now P25! You need to go update the DB in your computer, and then write it to the HP1 and should be fine...as fast as things are changing a DB update is wise every couple of weeks.
