Ah ok. I was hoping some of the patches would be lit up during testing. More than anything else I'm just interested in how the 700 MHz coverage is going to fare down here. I had a lot of issues with in-building coverage on the 800 EDACS system when SA cut over to it. Since I've moved I'm spoiled by the TXWARN network.
Someone with a radio affiliated with the 700 system( Someone who has a P25 ID assigned to the system) has to be on one of the talk groups for it to show up. Usually a radio tech I would assume since nobody is using the system full-time(Everything being patched from the Provoice system). Coverage is ok. Not as good as the Provoice system. There are gaps but this is designed as an overlay system not for full time use yet. Far North and Northwest sides have no towers.

Yeah I had that addressed and still no luck. I'll be interested to see how this system develops; I remember an AACOG/Region 53 meeting I was at back in around late '08-early '09 and the 700 overlay was an "any day now" conversation... Here we are coming up on 2016.
