Looks like the Topperwein site is still down, i know the SAPD site was up a couple days ago but haven't been able to check the other sites to see if they are down at all.

I was loging on the Topperwein site on Friday. It was working Friday morning. When I came home in the afternoon it was down. The Topperwein site is the only site I can hear inside my house.

The cc for the Topperwein site is on 769.75625. They are only using four frequencies. 774.90625 is not being used at this time. I didn't see any tgs today.

Someone was talking to BCFA on Mutual Aid 2. They moved to Mutual Aid 1 tg 39873. I can't hear Mutual Aid 1 at this time.

Nice find. I heard that one the other day. I was wondering if I was the only one who listens to this system.

Thanks

I monitor it on and off, the patches are so random and I have been listening to a talk group and the patch will cut off right in the middle of a conversation. Never understood the randomness of the patching

Yea, BCSO West Dispatch has been intermittent today on 39041. All the talkgroups directly match up to the ProVoice system starting at 38000 and working up.

39067 had encrypted comms this morning, with nothing matching up on the EDACS system on 1067 which means that it is possible some specialized county units are able to operate on this system independent of the EDACS system.

The radio ID's I have seen with encrypted comms match up with Radio Techs ID's I have seen on some of the LCRA P25 interop talkgroups. Some grops from that system are patched to the SAUA system also

All of the tgs I have found end with the same numbers as the edacs system. I see tg 39067 all of the time. It is always encrypted.

Hey NC, yeah TG # 39887 keyed up at 10:50pm with radio testing 1,2,3,4 ... in the clear
and then those strangle muffled talking like noises for traffic ... maybe voice inversion perhaps ?
Or maybe the patch was just not working properly and that explains all this late night testing type talk ?

Update @ 11:00pm on TG# 39887 which is TG# 1887 14-117 M M AID-15 Mutual Aid 15 on the Pro-Voice TRS
The traffic was in the clear saying "testing of MEDCOM Tech Services, this is Matt how do you copy ... ? "
The other guy said loud and clear Matt, etc. My HomePatrol -1E recorded 600 seconds of traffic I had to review through, etc.
Next at 11:08pm a womans voice was in the clear talking about AirLife 1 and taking off and have a good flight, etc.

I have heard voice inversion years ago and that didn't sound like that. Could be bacround noise from whoever is keying up or a patch problem. It stopped now so who knows
