Austin & Houston Repeaters

Heading down to Houston and Austin next week.
I have been looking around and see where there at least was some P25 VHF repeaters in Austin. Are they still up?

As far as Houston, does anyone know of any 900mhz activity there?

No 900 in Houston that I could find last weekend with a friends Alinco.
