There are those who are transparent and believe in open government. They will post things without being asked.

There are some who believe in open government and will provide information when asked informally.

Others who don't really think people have any business having "their" records, but will comply with open records laws when asked formally.

Finally, there are those who disregard the law--or utilize loopholes--to operate in the dark.

Hahah ah salesman. Unless you're running encryption or Harris Opensky it can all be easily received specially with the proliferance of 10 dollar RTL-SDR everywhere now. I guess we should be thankful though because it's that spread of misinformation that has made for some pretty great scanner listening at times.
