I'm using the 780 so there aren't really any tones listed since it's so slow to decode.
You can't beat the receiver in a 780. I'm going to tap it and hook up the CES tone decoder box.

38.900 military
42.260
46.180 "tanker 11A at 20:10" eastern time zone
42.560 "fail to obey signs, speeding"
45.660 "county 68"
42.640 "Mt. View Estate mobile home park" estate+mobile home park =
33.700 "20:12" eastern time zone
46.460 "southern accent, too fast to understand"
35.640 repeater but no traffic
39.960
46.100 eastern USA "psychiatric call"
33.740 "channel 3"
33.900 ambulance dispatch (can't understand county name)
39.400 eastern time zone
42.120
46.480
33.620 repeater tail
37.040 "everything secure"
33.980 strong signal with multiple pager tones "morgan county russel station, lander station, male seizing at auction house" "Up at top of priest hollow"
33.520 multiple tones "all personnel on duty contact dispatch, (sounded like KTL543)

40.760 to 40.790 Bizarre frequency hopping across 30 khz (possibily military ? ) full meter deflection on radio but the meter would just jump up and down. I have a recording made with the R-20 in different modes. It has to be Govt. (time was 7:20-7:30 CDT)

Pennsylvania to Kansas with no infrastructure in between. That's interoperability.

Throw 40.765 in people.

This is some crazy s***. I've never heard sincgars so .....maybe that's it I don't know? But whoever they are they are blasting in to the KC area and wiping out 30 khz of spectrum.
