142.700 mhz, Palm Coast Area

I was wondering if anyone knows what is on 142.700 mhz in the Flagler County Area. When visiting Palm Coast this last weekend I have heard different units talking on this frequency. I have heard Alpha + Bravo units and maintance comms relating too switches and lights. I heard the comms with good signal strength near Palm Coast and heard weak comms as far north as St Augustine Beach and as far south as Daytona Beach. I have heard comms during daylight and night. I don't know much more as I have listened when driving 95 and on vacation when the family and kids allow. Any Thoughts?
