I have monitored 152.4425 Color Code 6 TGID 1001. I didn't see the Time Slot logged. It sounds like physical security. Discussion of cameras and graffiti.

I see an expired license for Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). They were authorized for 7K60FXE (2-slot DMR Motorola MOTOTRBO TDMA voice). Could that repeater be for MCAD?
