I'm getting a PD on this frequency with very strong Southern accents. Anyone know who it is? I think it's coming from Virginia.

EDIT: I'm also getting a NOAA station on 162.5250 MHz giving forecasts for Southern Virginia and North Central North Carolina. Anyone know what station this is?

EDIT 2: Getting more Southern accents on 155.7000 MHz R (PL 186.2 Hz). Sounds like a PD.
