Well, It's too easy of access for big city criminals. Especially since many ops are in the clear.
No use in making it easier.

P25 voice on this frequency

I've monitored this frequency on occasions since it was mentioned in this forum. Monitoring via a 396, I am less than totally happy with its digital response.

Even using the P25 tweak doesn't help very much. But strangely, while listening, some of the (mobile) units come in crystal clear, while others are typically less than ideal.

Has anyone also experienced this and if so, how do you account for the difference in received quality? I assume that all units are in the same (approximate) location. I am monitoring from Voorhees (NJ) and am getting 1 bar at most.
