I copied on 164.2125 N293 today P25enc. several RIDS all two number and one RID 4288 is this the VA ?
I see in past posts this might be White River , VT. input ?? if it is ? the two number RIDs were 65, 47 etc.
condx def. getting alot better with warmer temps even had Plumb Is. few times in there today N301...

Hard to Tell, as the VA has nothing uniform that has been observed for RID's Agency wide.

I would doubt VT on the input, however since folks on the Cape of Cod are getting Ellis Is and the UN Cap+, you might be hearing Brockton, but according to the NTIA FOIA - Montrose is also allocated that Freq as a Repeater for Engineering
