Hearing both of these frequencies quite strong in Richmond. Sometimes both at the same time. My PSR-800 is showing "TGID 1" (the radio is in simple conventional scan mode). I'm hearing encrypted P25 voice on both frequencies but when there's no voice on the 167.5375 frequency there's a "busy signal" beeping signal instead (also in P25 mode - sounded like when you call a busy telephone).
I know 167.5375 is a FBI frequency, Google revealed less about 168.7625, however.
Anybody else hear these before or know what they could be?
EDIT - nevermind, the "busy signal" is, in fact, my PSR-800 telling me theres encrypted voice on the frequency. I'm still learning everything this radio can do! (I tuned to 167.5375 with my Pro-96 and heard the encrypted P25).
