I have been monitoring (trying) a encrypt signal on 173.537 P25 NAC 122, the tag group is 1. I'm located in the Central Valley. Anyone have an idea what agency? Anyone come across this frequency before?

National Guard, Corp of Engineers, Air Force

Sometimes getting the Radio ID [RID] helps.
$122 for a NAC is one that has not been seen/reported before

Haven't logged anything on that one before. I'll give a listen. Where in the central valley did you hear it? Might help narrow down where it's coming from.
