Hello Steve,
I have two of my feeds set up this way. You will need one of these, a stereo to left/right adapter cable:

Be sure to get one of these and not the common Y type that just shares the stereo signal to two devices.

Then connect one scanner to each input with your 1/8" audio input. Be sure to change the broadcast software you are using to stereo mode as most of them come up as mono by default.

I am not sure if it is possible to stream audio tags with this setup. If it does work, it would only be for one channel (left or right). This would be dependent on your broadcasting software.

Hope that helps and 73!

Forgot to mention, this requires a true stereo line-in sound card. A microphone input is mono and will not work. If you don't have a true stereo line-in sound card, you can find USB versions that work well.

One more minor thing you may run in to: if you get everything set and the audio still seems to be mixed between the two radios and not coming from different channels, you may have to change the settings in the Windows Sound Control Panel (assuming you are using Windows). On Win 10, search for "sound" and you should get the Sound Control Panel as one of the options. Under the Recording tab, you should see the audio device you plan to use for your stream. Make sure the settings match those of your feed program:
