I bribed the girlfriend, if I bought her a new AM/FM radio, I could install a scanner. She agreed. Far top is a Sirius radio receiver, then the new AM/FM radio from Best Buy, then a BCD996t. I have a patch cable running from the Sirius radio to the AM/FM radio for crystal clear audio. The BCD996t is hooked up to the car antenna for now. The AM/FM radio has no antenna connected. I did patch the BCD996t into the AM/FM radio, sounded pretty cool! Not in the picture is a Garmin GPS on the windshield. Everything is wired so when the drivers door open, everything shuts off, then turns back on when the car is started. Next project will be installing a GPS for the BCD996t.
