Tg 21908 modot tmc

Still working on the final ID of TG 21908.
They were called at an accident here in Joplin.
They call "TMC" in Springfield, which I think is the Transportation Management Center of MODOT.
They have unit numbers 901, 903, 906 etc.

Is this a NEW service of MODOT?
Has anyone heard of this TMC?
Did they formerly use the MODOT TGs?
Why is it now using a new TG - which is in whole "virgin territory" of TGs - there are no other 21### TGs listed

Has anyone else researched this?

MODOT Lime green Emergency Response trucks.

These are the MODOT "Emergency Response" large based pickup trucks that you see in the area. They are called to accident scenes and are equipped with directional arrow displays, cones, signs, in case a detour or lane closure is needed at a scene for an extended period.

Most of their responses are to the I-44 (Interstate) but they also respond to State Routes (TT-Newman Road, for example) within city limits, like here in Joplin, if needed for traffic control.

Many times you can here them communicating direct to MSHP Springfield dispatch and Troopers at the accident scene, on MSHP channels.

Last night they had 100, 400 and 500 units, 100's units Called Odessa 500 several times.

I saw one yesterday for the first time in an area that was not St. Louis. I saw one merging to get on I-44 in Pulaski County.

They have their own talkgroup in STL, but use HP Dispatch elsewhere like you said.

TG 7321 Bloomfield Tower – MOSWIN (159.2850MHz)

Anyone know about this TG?

TG 7320 is Stoddard CO SO.

RR.Com Database does not have TG 7321.

For some reason it seems familiar.

This may be a question I that MOSWIN was Phase 1. But database shows it as P25 x2_TDMA.

I am get dat and signal bars of at least 3.

I am not recieving any traffic except occasional from the IO Call TGIDs.

I will let run tonight and see if I get any from Troop C and other groups.

Anyone having trouble with it ?

This may be a question I that MOSWIN was Phase 1. But database shows it as P25 x2_TDMA.

I believe there is no P25 Phase II on MOSWIN anywhere in the state of Missouri. There is a note in the database that states as much.

Make sure you did not turn off law enforcement "services" off on your scanner. Specifically "Law Dispatch", "Law Tac", "Law Talk".

I reverted to a previous downloaded verison of the MOSWIN info. It works as P25 P1 and not as P2.

I have reported it as an error in the database.

Ok I caught this talkgroup 3695. Two unknown, possible Sikeston PD officers were about AC units or something.

Did not find it in the RR Database, possible I/O group.

Has anyone come across it before ?

Talkgroup 27501

Curious about a talkgroup I picked up in Mid Missouri over the weekend. I was monitoring the Renick/Clark site and pick up what sounded like a traffic stop on 27501. I can't find that talk group in the database and was wondering if anyone knew what is was. Is Randolph or Macon County using MOSWIN?

Also was wondering if anyone knows what Randolph County Sheriff is using these days? I'm in the area around once a month but I never here anything on 155.52000.

Any help would be appreciated.

TGID 27501 is Howard County All. I believe the traffic you heard was between a conservation agent and Howard County Central Dispatch. Howard Co EMA occasionally uses it as well.
