This is in our neighborhood. The winds could have made this so much worse. It's a shame that the son was right there and got pretty messed up, as well.

For those in Coconino, Gila, and Yavapai counties, APS may turn off electrical services in those counties during a wildfire. Have a back up generator or an alternate course of action.

APS introduces new fire tool that may result in temporarily shutting down power

The peak of fire season is fast approaching and APS is adding a new tool they say will keep customers safe in case of extreme fire danger conditions.
