Stations 22.299Mhz Weather Broadcast

I picked this station up this morning while playing with my SDR. Does anyone know where this station originates from? It gives weather for the Atlantic Ocean. I couldn't find any info on it.

Probably a VOLMET station or maybe marine. Did it sound like aviation or marine weather? What mode?

It actually sounded like a NOAA broadcast. It was giving the forecast for the Atlantic , mostly from the Azores, west and north. It was in plain everyday English, not in nautical terms.

It was on USB. I did some more research and it could be a VOBRA broadcast, but the frequency isn't listed

The marine HF band goes from 22.000 to 22.855MHz
