See it now. Sounds like helicopters. On the tape they mention returning to Buffalo airport. Probably this Blackhawk G21108.

Yes, I noticed a Blackhawk helicopter in the area, they must have used the frequency for A/A

Listening to LiveATC and the callsign is Coast Guard 21108.

The Buffalo Approach Controller also mentioned the MISTY MOAs are currently hot. Not sure who might be in there but you should have good reception if you can find them ?

Looks like it's the Calspan Gulfstream N710CF using the MISTY MOAs. I have no idea what frequencies they might be using for their testing but you might find some interesting comms. They might be using VHF as well as UHF ?
