3.84 MHz?

Please excuse my ignorance! I would like to tune into a HF net but I'm having trouble understanding because my scanner shows 25.000 as the lowest frequency. I'm sure I have to move a decimal point somewhere. Is this 300.840Ghz?

If its HF net probably 3.840mhz 80 meter phone need a

gen coverage receiver w/SSB tl listen,

A PRO-197 will only go down to 25Mhz, and then only AM or FM. If you want to listen to HF you will need a receiver that will tune down there and single side band (SSB) will be required to listen to most Ham and utility transmissions.
