Yep. The violence and shootings in Rockford was a topic at Thanksgiving for us around the dinner table. My brother's wife's mother and another relative still live out there. She was telling us about car jackings and the other shootings at the Mall. But we're told by certain politicians here in chi-raq that poverty is the only reason that stuff happens.

Poverty?
Crime comes in all walks of life. Sounds like a BS excuse they trying to give the public.
Theoretically:
If poverty is the source, and they trying to make crime go down.
The solution: They should bail everyone out of poverty. And there will be no crime......Right?
