We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

For several years in spring and summer 32.400 (151.4) has been active with taxi dispatch comms in Spanish. Some days, it was the first, strongest and only station received.

I heard it this afternoon for the first time this year at about 1615 local.

The 10 meter ham band was open to South America at the time. No US stations noted.

Have noted dispatches to the following: (unknown if these are streets or districts): San Rafael, Iglesia la Palma, Jeres, San Joaquin / Santa Elena, Escuela, Domiños, Arias.
