Getting this one pretty strong here in Thornton (4 bars on Pro-197 / 2 bars on PSR-500). Sounds like telemetry or some type of control channel (no matches here). Has anyone else heard this or know what it is?

As this is inside the 380-390 Mhz band, parts of which are being used for military P25 trunks, I'm wondering if this is a control channel or a digital voice channel?...best regards..Mike

As soon as I remember what the darn password is for my FTP:mad:, I'll upload a 30 second audio clip.
It sounds analog and the Pro-197 is indicating FM, but no P25...

Same here.
I sent the sample to KB9UKD's Digital Modes page for the heck of it...

I sent the clip to a long time Milcom listener, and he agrees that it probably came from the E-6B that was in the area.
