Dominion Energy Ladysmith Power Plant

I recently plugged in the frequencies for the Ladysmith Power Plant into my 436hp and found that this system is using DMR CC1 on 451.775. At this time
I am only getting data transmissions from this frequency. I am exploring further.

The license there has the same frequencies in the system that are in use in the Northern Division. 451.275, 451.475, 451.775

I did an update to my BCD436 programming to search for Color Codes. I am thinking that Dominion Energy might have just switched FM voice with PL to DMR transmissions in this division.

This is an interesting development. Though I don't have 451.775 a valid Dominion freq, I do still have 451.275 & .475 as Fredericksburg District and Northern System Operator, respectively. Dominion is still using FM here in Eastern Division.

Power stations.... I wonder if 451.775 does belong to the Ladysmith Station if the coal powered stations have changed mode to DMR....
maybe the same freqs (452.25, 452.30 & 452.35). Or have they moved to other freq(s)?

Yes .775 is licensed to ladysmith natural gas plant
